What is your return policy?

Thanks for asking! Unless an item arrives damaged or there are quality issues, we have a no return policy. If your item arrives damaged or with quality issues (something like a print is faded right or the color is uneven right out of the box), please write to us at tellit@tell-it-slant.org and we'll get it fixed right away! Please also write to us if you got the wrong product or wrong quantity of product. You have 30 days from the date your product arrives to you in the mail to let us know about damages, quality issues, or wrong item / wrong quantity.

Please make sure you wash t-shirts you order before wearing them outside first :) 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free! :D

What are your shipping times like?

Typically, our printers produce items within 1-3 business days and ship on the same day the product is finished. Their estimates range from 5-8 business days for shipping within the continental US to 10-30+ business days for international destinations. You will be notified as soon as your item ships and you'll get a tracking number, so you'll be able to follow your items on their journey to you! :) While we wish we could control shipping times, we don't have a way to predict exactly when your item will arrive. If you're ordering items for the holidays, please leave AMPLE time for shipping - we recommend at least 30 days.

Do you take art commissions?

Yes! If you have an idea in mind, please send an email to tellit@tell-it-slant.org. Liam will gladly chat with you about your idea.
